• SMOKING IN THE ROOM, PENALTY OF $100 USD.
•The use of facilities will be exclusively for hotel guests, if our guests have a special visit and want to use the facilities will be charged with an extra fee of 25 USD
• If you want to enter the room before 3:00 p.m., a charge of $400 pesos will be charged for access as long as the room is available

.Check In: Starts at 3pm
• Check Out: Our departure time is at 12:00 pm, a fee will be added after this time if you extend your stay in the room, the charge is $200. pesos, after 1:00 p.m., the charge will be one more day of stay.
• In the event that the guest, for reasons beyond the control of the Hotel, call off their stay prior to the stipulated time, no amount that may be considered a balance in favor of the Client will be reimbursed.
• After 22:00hrs guests should minimize noise.
• The hotel is not responsible for cash, jewelry or other securities brought by the guests.
• Guests must show a valid identity document and a credit card upon check-in.
• The shuttle service is free from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. after that time the charge is $250 pesos. The shuttle is only the check in or check out day, and it is not transferable (*If you want to use free transportation it is necessary to contact the hotel 24 hours before your arrival, at email info@hotelzamna.com or at +529999240103 / + 52 9991997952, only one hour will be waited once the plane has landed).
• Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy
• The forms of payment accepted are: Cash, credit or debit card, Visa or Mastercard.
• Payment is made at check-in.
• Dollar exchange rate, effective at the time of change.

Cancellation Policy.
• If the guest cancels before 336hrs (14 days) of their entry, the cancellation can be made free.
• If the guest cancels within 336 hrs (14 days) prior to their date of entry, the total reservation will be charged.
